Santa’s Workshop is coming to Lincoln! This annual Lincoln event coordinated by the LPSG and supported by parent-volunteers is an opportunity for your child to shop at school for friends and family members. It gives students a chance to gain experience budgeting, making cash transactions, and in the process feel proud to have made purchases for the special people in their lives. Parent-volunteers will act as “Santa’s Helpers” and assist students with their purchases and wrapping their special gifts. (Items priced $1-$10 - Cash, Check, and Credit Card accepted)
New in 2019, we'll be running the shop a little different. The shop will be open in the Lincoln Library AFTER school on December 18 and 19, 3:30-4:30 pm and AGAIN immediately following the holiday performances both evenings.
ALSO TREATS! The 5th Grade Committee will be selling treats & cocoa 🍬🍭🥤 after the performances to raise money for the 5th Grade Promotion celebration at the end of the year!
Santa's Workshop Hours

If your student would like to participate, bring them to school with an envelope which indicates the amount of money to be spent on each person next to their name. Helpers will assist your child in choosing, purchasing, and wrapping their gifts.
We need Santa’s Workshop Helpers!
For those students who are wanting to purchase a surprise gift for their family, friends, and loved ones, we need helpers to assist students while they shop, wrap gifts, and keep inventory stocked and straightened on both days! Short 1.25 hour afternoon and evening shifts available.
Things of note regarding the Holiday Performances
The Theater club students have created the Grades 3-5 programs this year! The talented Ms. Pickering, along with the dedication of Lisa MacKintosh and Keren Garcia, has been guiding the kids in creating, practicing, and developing the skits that we'll see this year. Each class from grade 3-5 will be performing their own song and dance to connect the different skits, and the Dance Club will be involved as well.
Each grade in K, 1, and 2 will be singing and dancing to their own holiday songs for their program. There will be sing-alongs with the audience, and we'll end the evening with our annual student recitation of "Twas the Night Before Christmas!"
K-2nd Grade Holiday Program: Wednesday, December 18th at 6 pm.
3-5th Grade Holiday Program: Thursday, December 19th at 6 pm.
Dress up for the event! Families and kids should feel free to dress in whatever they feel is "fancy." They can't go too over the top for this fun evening! If they treat it like a big deal, then it is a big deal.
