  • Family Movie Night for 2nd & 3rd grade:

  • Successful event overall, profit of $367.62.

  • Feedback from the event: guests were very social and the room was loud, some guests were hoping to hear more of the movie. Next movie night LPSG needs to remind guests what the expectations of movie night are, such as not getting on the stage, please use a quiet voice during the movie, and be respectful to others.

  • Next movie night have more organization where guests set up blankets, possibly having some rows of chairs and also taping off lines to create pathways.

  • Ran short on concessions, next movie night purchase more.

  • Suggested to talk about smile accounts and give guests a tutorial on how to sign up before starting the movie.

Q: Jennifer - What about doing a Spanish movie night for some of our students and parents that are Spanish speaking?

C: Group thinks it’s a great idea, holding the event close to Cinco de Mayo, possibly showing Coco or Encanto and having it be a potluck.
